How does the ordering process work?
Ordering follows a simple sequence: choose your product and options, submit your artwork, approve a proof, and we take it into production.
Step 1 — Choose your product and options
Select your product, size, quantity, material, and any finishes you need at checkout.
Step 2 — Submit your artwork
Upload your artwork at checkout, or send it over afterwards if it's not ready yet.
Step 3 — Proofing and approval
We'll check your artwork and, where applicable, send a proof for you to approve before anything goes to print.
Step 4 — Production and dispatch
Once approved, your order moves into production and is dispatched once complete.
