What file types do you accept?
We accept most common artwork file types, as long as the files are high resolution and suitable for print.
While some formats are preferred, you don’t need to worry if you don’t have professional design software — we’ll always check your artwork before printing.
Preferred file types (best results)
These formats give the most reliable print results and are ideal for tags:
- PDF (recommended)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- EPS
- SVG
Vector files allow artwork to be scaled without any loss of quality and ensure text and shapes print cleanly.
If you’re able to supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF, this is always the best option.
Other accepted file types
We also accept the following formats, provided they are high resolution:
- PNG
- JPG / JPEG
- TIFF
These files should be:
- Supplied at full size
- High resolution (300dpi recommended)
- Not stretched, blurry, or pixelated
Low-resolution images taken from websites or social media are not suitable for print.
Files created in Canva
Canva files are accepted.
For best results:
- Export your design as a PDF for print
- Avoid very small text or thin fonts
- Ensure artwork is set to the correct size
If you’re unsure, we’re happy to check your Canva file before printing.
What we don’t recommend
- Screenshots
- Files copied directly from emails or messaging apps
- Artwork downloaded from websites at small sizes
These files often don’t have enough resolution for clean print results.

That’s absolutely fine.
If your artwork isn’t set up correctly:
- We’ll check it before printing
- Let you know if there are any issues
- Advise on the best way to fix them
We won’t print anything without making sure it’s suitable first.
